This 16’ pole is being carved from a piece of salvaged red cedar. The design incorporates animal species connected to the waterways of the Pacific Northwest. In Kwakwala, the name t̓saxa̱ns translates to “ocean spray.’ This work is available for purchase, so if you are interested in acquiring t̓saxa̱ns for your own collection, please inquire via email.
